What is overloading limiter?
The overloading limiter has two categories which are electronic load limiter and mechanical load limiter. The mechanical load limiter has two types that are internal ones and external ones. The electronic load limiter has the features of high accuracy. However, the mechanical load limiter is cheaper with inferior accuracy.
As for the suspended platform which is equipped with overload limiter, when the weight over rated load, the control system in control box will cut off the return circuit to stop the equipment. When unload the goods to rated weight, the suspended platform will re-work. Now the high-end suspended platforms are all installed load limiter.
Adjustment and maintenance for overloading limiter
1. The sensor of electronic overload limiter should be kept clean and we don’t beat it. The connecting site between sensor and hoister should be flexible and ensure that the connection can not be damaged. If we want to extend the connection, the dedicated line would be mated. As for the revision of meter, please refer to manual.
Electrical overloading limiter for suspended working platform
2. Mechanical overload limiter can not be heat and thrown, meanwhile, we should prevent occurs in revision value and ensure proper wire connection. When operation, we reverse adjust load-limit screw according to actual use.
