Five procedures before operating suspended scaffolds

First step: hoister

To start the suspended scaffolds/suspended platform and let it lift one meter high. We would check its brake system and check if there is some abnormal noise.

Second step: safety lock

To tilt the scaffold and check that if the safety locks in both ends can work well.

Third step: the upper limit switch

To check the upper limit switch in one end and we see if the scaffold is rising while bell is ring. WE check the other end through the same method.

Fourth step: emergency device

WE check the emergency device and make sure it in good working state.

Fifth step: safety rope

Please make sure tie well the safety rope.
