This suspend scaffolds’/suspended platform’s principle is like that:The hoist which mounted at each end of the suspend scaffolds/suspended platform can move up and down along with the suitable wire rope.So if the wire rope is hanging from a high place,the suspend scaffolds/suspended platform can move up to  the high position.So in a way,suspended scaffolds/suspended platform  is a kind of wire rope lifting equipment or machine.

Suspended scaffolds/suspended platform can be used for highrise building work ,such as for window cleaning, windows lifting,concrete transport to high position, wall construction,decoration or conducting repairs to the exterior of buildings . In order to choose a right model which is suitable for your application,some issues have to be clear.
♣1.What about your country’s power supply?
The electrical power is two phases or three phases?(usually we use three phases power)
What is the votage,380V,220V or 415V?what is the frequence of the power,50HZ or 60HZ? For example ,in India, the power is three phases,415V,50HZ,3 phases.

♣2.What the heights will our suspended scaffolds/suspended platform be suitable for?
Usually it is 30 meters,50 meters,75 meters,100 meters,120 meters and 150
meters.(Our standard height is 100 meters ,if yours is different,please remind us )

♣3.There are three surface treatments can be choiced,powder coated,hot galvanized,aluminium.
As for aluminium suspended platform/suspended scaffolds ,only the working platform is aluminium.

♣4.Which suspension mechanism do you need ?Standard,High Type,Parapet Clamp

♣5.whether you need counter weight? YES or NO .

♣2.Wire winder
As the standard suspended scaffolds/suspended platform ,when it is working ,the extra part of wire rope will droop to the ground naturally.So sometime there are some thing which will do some harm to the wire rope ,such as the cement .

So the wire winder is a good choice.It is installed on scaffolds/platform and it can loose and tighten the wire automatically.

We think the quality is the key element of products,so we adopt good spare parts and materials using on our suspended scaffolds/suspended platform which will can reduce the maintenance.

1.Electrical control box of Suspended Scaffolds/Suspended Platform

Comparing the old type of electrical control box,this module type box has many feathers:
A.Using stainless  and water proof box.

2.The Front beam(we use seamless square tubes)
All our front beams of suspension structure on the roof are using seamless square tubes which are  stronger than welding rectangular tubes .

In this video,suspended scaffolds/suspended platform ZLP800A is used for material lifting,a,its load capacity is 800kg.So it is often used for lifting concrete .And in this video,the workers did not take a safety belt on bodies.As the safety regulation,it is not allowed.
